Pregnancy Yoga

Yoga is a great way of helping women handle the sometimes difficult symptoms of pregnancy such as fatigue, swelling, and distorted balance, as well as helping Mum prepare for the birth itself. I practiced Yoga through my own pregnancies and found it very helpful both over the 9 months and for the birth itself. In a pregnancy class, I take everyone through a series of poses to help women feel more comfortable in their changing bodies, and we focus on pelvic floor exercises and breathing for labour, tying it all up with a lovely relaxation to help relieve fatigue and connect with the life growing inside.
